Cobourg’s sanitary sewers get a watertight upgrade

Following three major floods in the span of ten years, the town of Cobourg, Ontario recently invested in upgrades to its water infrastructure. The change was inspired by a series of inflow and infiltration studies that pinpointed problem areas, mapped the trajectory of meltwater and identified sources of stress on their water systems.
