Straub Marine Flexible Couplings for Pipe Repair

The Straub-Flex coupling for marine vessels will join virtually any plain-ended pipe, including pipe made from different materials. Straub-Flex couplings install quickly, safely and economically and can accommodate marine pipe system expansion and contraction as well as angular deflection. Straub Open-Flex restraint couplings offer all the Straub-Flex benefits in a split-coupling version that allows for repairs in service pipelines. Leaks due to faulty weld joints, pitting holes and short cracks can be temporarily or permanently repaired with minimal down time. The split gasket design wraps around the pipe with no disassembly.
