Synthetic Rubber Gasket Specifications

The Tylox® SuperSeal™ box culvert gasket is manufactured from synthetic rubber compounds formulated to meet the material and dimensional requirements of applicable ASTM standards for preformed flexible joint seals in precast concrete box culvert structures. Box culverts with Tylox® SuperSeal™ gaskets and single offset joints are regularly tested to the 5 psig requirements of ASTM C1677.
