Pardeep Sharma, PE

A longtime industry veteran and member of the HK team since 1983, Pardeep leads our innovation effort in his latest of several increasingly important positions. He is a respected member of the industry’s technical community serving on ASTM F17 and ASTM C13 committees as well as ACPA and NPCA committees. Often called on to troubleshoot issues during his four decades in the industry, Pardeep preaches “destressing, which leads to clearer thinking, more motivation and inspiration and providing fresh perspectives.” Among his many accomplishments, Pardeep’s design of single offset joints for precast pipes has led the industry to adopt HK Tylox SuperSeal gaskets. Pardeep says he enjoys being part of a team “that is evolving and trailblazing with the newest equipment and methods used in the industry, enabling us to learn something new every day.”
